How are people feeling about the channel changes?

Since launching at the start of October, we've increased visibility of replies, added public mode as an option to allow non-members to cast and made it easier to invite people to channels from a cast.

Have been spending a bunch of time last week and this week talking to channel owners and mods on what's working vs. not.
