What is the most frustrating thing about Farcaster right now? Reply and like the replies from others that resonate. I’ll only ask clarifying questions (ie I won’t tell you you’re wrong) and then respond to a dozen or so top answers in a video this weekend with how we think about it.

I'll echo what you've repeatedly mentioned in the past: not enough great content, (particularly in a bull market, when speculation fills the air). As a corollary: I think the channels experiment (regardless of outcome) has forked both Merkle's and users' focus on content discovery between channels & better feed(s).

As Merkle (obviously, take with a grain of salt, but just sharing what I've experienced thus far at Bunches): • small, high caliber team with limited resources • long-lived experiments aren't really experiments • opportunity cost: what if we invested time & effort that we're spending on channels into main (or vice versa!)

random ideas off top: • feed-as-primitive: allowing developers to construct feeds could yield very interesting results • more 1st-party experimentation with feeds. Right now it's just Home & Trending. What about chronological? following only? people who follow you but you don't follow? "starred" or "notifications on"? lists? video? only casts with frames? morph channels into feeds? allow channels to claim that they're a part of a feed (ie: NFL/NBA/NHL/bracket/bunches/etc could all be in a sports feed)? i love some of the 3rd-party client experimentation in this surface area, could be cool to see what Warpcast comes up with. • what non-cast content can be included in different ways? I think I saw user recs recently (maybe I made that up), but what else? install action from feed? mini-apps exposure? blend discover/explore and home
