Failed state to have these people on the roads. I think you should permanently lose your license for a small fraction of what these people have done

In my experience most drivers of Mercedes believe they are above the law. It’s been egregious lately.

NY sounds like it’s just fucked up now. I’m surprised they haven’t suspended licenses, or impounded the cars. 

They should have a points system on their licenses. Too many tickets and no more license.
