how do you balance focus vs itch to try something new thats adjacent in the idea maze? 

It's especially tricky & important to be experimental in rapidly growing web3 markets unless you're a founder who believes fundamentally in a single long term direction..

1. Have a North Start metric that doesn't change often
2. Come up with 3 things you can do to impact the metric
3. Re-evaluate roughly every 4-6 weeks

What are these for you right now @dwr.eth ? North Star + 3 things

Rarely is there "true" adjacent 

Until you go that path you don't know the hurdles that may come.

To make that jump you truly have to see an "end" in sight...

But how do you actually block out/ ignore the urge or itch to try something new that you aren’t so sure of, especially with this space where things change always

You might be easily swerved in that direction

Can’t be as easy as you make it sound. 
I’m sure you put far more effort into this.

Keeping focus is one thing I find hard doing, but I’ll try to give this a try

i feel like we get an update every 4-6 days (not a bad thing)
