See notifications from people you care about

The new Priority feed shows notifications is a combo of people you follow and people with a power badge. New notifs here are counted in the unread badge (red dot).

We’ve also added a bunch of notification-specific filters to make browsing easier.

Things that will go away with Priority tab:

- Mass like / recast spam, esp. of older casts

- Grouped "X replies from people you don't follow"; all mentions / replies / quotes are shown on the Mentions tab

- The single grouped follow notification that bumps is now smaller windows; more improvements here soon

Going to notifications brings me straight to priority, but also clears the badge for all mentions even if I don't check it.

rare to see so much iteration, so quickly.  you guys are super impressive.  keep up
