don't forgive others. forgive and ask for forgiveness from the part of you holding onto extreme beliefs about others/situations/yourself. - I forgive myself for not understanding - I forgive this part of me for not understanding - This part of me forgives me for not understanding once the part of you that represents the hurt forgives/is forgiven -- you may notice a softening the next time you come in contact with those people/situations.

all change is within. action stemming from tension or fear leads to outcomes that create more tension and fear. action stemming from relaxation/smiling/forgiveness leads to outcomes that create more of those. hold and act from the context you want more of.

even tho i've experientially realized over and over the power of acting from the right context, something i've always wondered is: can fear create action that leads to desirable outcomes too?

depends on if what is desirable is worth the costs of acting from fear. it makes a lot of sense that acting from fear for survival sake would be appropriate — the costs justify it. but for everything else in life, I can’t see how it would help. the cost is just too high.
