The changes to channels basically makes them completely useless for new users, small accounts, and/or users on the WC naughty list (aka active=false). Crazy to think channels was a feature I lifted up as a key reason for migrating from the blue app to WC back when I was actively recruiting people here. 😔

As a small account, while at first seemed terrible, honestly I'm kinda settled and happy with the channels I'm in. I'm still unable to access channels such as /science, /zora, or /superrare, though. I'm still struggling to grow here, but it's been a liiiittle better. Getting rid of the spammer label helped as well.

Glad it’s working for you now, great to hear! I blocked DWR and now I’m labeled as a bot and spam, not active, etc. Basically only a couple people who follow me see my casts if I keep it general and don’t use a channel. I’m virtually invisible if I try to use a channel. But it’s fine, I just kinda cast random stuff anyway, nothing that I would consider all that important. 😊

That sucks. Being labeled as spam is basically a death sentence. There are a lot of bots of spammers in the platform, but legitimate users have been hurt too. May I know why you blocked DWR though? 👀

I see... this client is far from perfect. One critical flaw I can find it's the inability to find support through proper channels. My mobile app ceased to work months ago, and I'm unable to get somebody to help me. I was able to find an e-mail address after digging a little, but nobody seems to answer. And forget getting hold of some dev here if you are not a big user. Having virtually no support for a paid app is scandalous.
