I'm asking for help -- how do you stay consistent? I love working out, love the mental and physical aspects. but, If travel even 1 week all my routine and motivation is ruined. Any tips? I try to get my cardio in atleast whenever I travel. but tough to workout.

The answer for travel is bodyweight exercises. Pushups, squats, walks, runs, pull ups if that's accessible. Other than this, if you're travelling very frequently, maybe invest in a travel weight setup. Decathlon has one iirc

I've struggled with when to work out for a long long time honestly. Early morning is the usual advice, i ignored it for a long time thinking I don't want to exercise in the morning. Finally started doing it in the morning, now have a good streak going. Early morning workouts hit different bro

I like to walk/run/play sport in the morning. Lifting weights feels like a chore.
