If i were at Farcon 2025, i would most likely bring some dumbbells and host a challenge for anyone who can lift the heaviest. ie, lift 20kg overhead and walk away with $5 or lift 40kg and walk away with $20. Fair game. I thought the weights in this video were small at first until i pulled the first rep, i had to continue cause the video already started💀 This weight was seriously 150kg, as small as they appear to look.
