Here start the explanation of these picks: 1. Chicken breast: Very high protein, very little fat (good for weight cutting) great source of B vitamin (3, 6) Very easy to make, very versatile. No wonder so many athletes eat this on the regular.

18. Bacon : dehydrated, therefor nutritionally dense. Very high in protein and saturated fat. Great source of selenium, phosphorus, oleic acid. High in sodium (could increase risk of cancer and high blood pressure) does taste amazing though! Overall allright but less healthy.
