Here start the explanation of these picks: 1. Chicken breast: Very high protein, very little fat (good for weight cutting) great source of B vitamin (3, 6) Very easy to make, very versatile. No wonder so many athletes eat this on the regular.

9. Wild tuna: decent protein, very low fat. Good source of B3&6, selenium, vitamin D, omega 3 and creatine. Contains more mercury than it’s canned counterpart.
