Here is my first part of the tier list! Meat tier list based on nutritional values and my opinion. I picked meat most commonly eaten. (If my data is outdated or I need to give more explanation, please say so)

Here start the explanation of these picks: 1. Chicken breast: Very high protein, very little fat (good for weight cutting) great source of B vitamin (3, 6) Very easy to make, very versatile. No wonder so many athletes eat this on the regular.

8. Canned tuna: High in protein, very lean. Amazing source of selenium and vitamin D. Great source of omega 3, creatine and B3&12 vitamin. (Higher in sodium and mercury, bad if consume too much) Had to make a separate number for the canned tuna and wild tuna.
