I'll be going on a trip to Taiwan with my parents. Lmk if you have any recs on food or things to do! Particularly excited about the food :)

I recommend the restaurant Simwonchun. It’s been selected as a Michelin restaurant for four consecutive years. My favorite dish was the Galbi Egg Fried Rice, and their most famous menu item is the Xiao Long Bao.  
(I highly recommend making a reservation before you go.)
