What's your process for buying/trying new running shoes? Kinda hard to figure it out when you only really can feel the effect of them on a long-ish run. I keep looking at all the shoes available and just feel stumped.

Running Clubs, talking to other avid runners, + I find running shoe reviews from YouTube helpful.

I think it comes down to preference and goals. I prefer cushioned responsive shoe. Currently, I'm in the ASICS Nova Blast.

Also, if you live in the US most running shoe stores will custom fit you to a shoe.

Yeah. Kofuzi I think? It helps, but people's feet and bio still differs.
