I like to row — but unfortunately don’t live near any lakes currently — so I just have a rowing machine and weights haha I’m lucky enough to WFH so I work out very late, around 11pm

I think it’s done Coinbase very well to act as a championship team rather than a family I still don’t think Brian gets enough credit for revamping their culture by dropping “Coinbase is a mission focused company” — especially given he did at peak corporate insanity with COVID and the riots

The issue is H1-B isn’t exceptional, It’s a lottery for any Joe Shmoe with a college degree and a (potentially fraudulent) job offer O1-A is the current exceptional ability visa and is honestly a pretty good system
