Do fellow founders here have the concept of weekends? Do you work less/the same on weekends/holidays?

I struggled with this a lot as a founder, although I always have / still do with regular  jobs too (albeit to a lesser degree)

It’s okay to love your job and work weekends / holidays, just make sure when you’re off, you’re off — being present in moments when you’re not working is the key to getting a break

The combo of a brick phone and a digital camera is the best replacement for a smartphone

Means there’s no chance of getting trapped in an attention trap, but if something urgent occurs you can still be reached

How do you handle the "when you're off, you're off"?
