so when do you exhale? 😂 or do you mean that you exhale long before the timer runs out? that happens to me too, i usually just try to exhale a bit slower

My exhale is really short, i have no breath left to release 😂 My breath gets held immediately ! Maybe it’s because i smoke too much I struggle with this every night 😆
