this should be automated and also taken from different data sources (hubs). it's wild so much hangs on a single actor (neynar), however benevolent they are. after all it's a billion dollar business.

Neynar was just the first to make operating a hub really easy You can now do much the same with Airstack, so the options are decentralising Degen could run its own hub?

they should. but not only them. everyone with a hub possibly could have an option to provide degen data - allowances, points, tip validation.
