Okay, I'll say that: Italian cuisine is overrated. It's just bread, cheese and tomatoes in different configurations. Indian, Korean and Japanese food is much more interesting.

It's very practical for sure, especially if you have high-quality ingredients :) Once spoke with a Michelin-star chef, and he told me that investing more money in ingredients is the easiest way to make your cooking better
