stainless steal is the only option, all others are toxic shit when heated up.

You have to pay attention to the coating material. The ceramic coating is safe. I have migraines and have to avoid toxic materials. I did a lot of research and they seem to be pretty safe. I have them and I don’t have any problems.

They're largely fine you just don't wanna use them when they are super scratched up I mostly use stainless steel for day to day and have a nice quality non stick pan largely just for eggs

i'm not a cook but i use fry pan a lot...mostly for eggs..and steaks occasionally.....nothing fancy...i replace it every year during black friday sale...haha

I used to buy them all the time as they die after a few years no matter how careful you are. I have now switch to stainless steel and they just can’t compare as they are way better and don’t decay in time.
