Minor feedback -

the old frame where I can type a word into a box is SO much easier for my brain to figure out words.  I think while I type.

the new frame where I have to click on an on-screen keyboard... my brain has problems with that. by the second or third word I have to go to my bookmarks and go to old frame so I can think.

Me too, and it's context. Feels comfy being in a frame inside farcaster rather than an external web app - to the extent that I play off an old bookmark. I'm aware that this is subjective and weird, but so am I!

fwiw, i agree w/ @yes2crypto.eth but for me it's more because of formatting: 1) there's more information presented, and 2) more functions via the available buttons

I played with v2 twice and swore never again! I like to type out 8 different possibilities. Sometimes I like to type out partial words with underscores like _on_r. Really just like the freedom of an open input field of v1

my hunch is typing on the native OS keyboard is faster than the onscreen keyboard. 

I like the larger real estate on V2 frame for seeing the layout but typing is easier on the older one

Same here, it feels a lot more convenient to type and try different words, and typing out partial words helps me visualize.

example: this is the page I get when I click the notification. No text box for me to type in. I have to use my mouse to select letters and then click them.

it says "just start typing" but that doesn't work for me (chrome browser).

and I don't know why, but I don't think of words with my mouse. I can think of words when my hands are on the keyboard

hmm, i can see that for some reason, keyboard focus is on the top right title menu...

in this case you just need to click within the frame and keyboard will start working

Typing on the native OS keyboard often feels faster and more efficient compared to using an onscreen keyboard. While the larger real estate on the V2 frame provides a better view of the layout, the older version seems to offer a more comfortable typing experience.

both are honestly good
but another merit of having the old frame version is we can use our own keyboards, which is more convenient as we're used to them 🙌🏻
