The longest time I worked in one place was eight years in a factory. I left after being made redundant and now I'm still looking for a job, but it's been a real challenge.
Each new team perceives me differently: in some places I am welcomed with open arms, in others I feel like I am being discussed behind my back. Sometimes the team is not bad, but the work doesn't go well. That's how I spent a year in a store where the employees tolerated my mistakes, but it was very difficult for me.
