The battle of digital longevity/healthspan platforms will likely come down to UI that keeps patients interested once they have exhausted the novelty of it all. Incentives will be everything.

Anxiety a factor too I think. Reminded of a rich man I saw on x a bit back who claimed the only way to stay healthy at 45+ was 2 Function Healths and 1 Full body MRI per year 😂

Would think so, definitely. Especially once one finds out about a non-modifiable factor (rising Lp(a), ApoE) and then sees the impact of that slowly coming to fruition on those biannual labs.

There is no way that’s worth it to me. I have a similar screening burden for my BRCA and I find that to be onerous. I find it insane someone would opt in. To me the person who would do that already almost certainly has healthy behaviors and is just being paranoid At the end of the day, I’m really losing my enthusiasm for health and wellness. There’s no point for me to pay attention to new developments and innovations. I will never get access to them, so why bother getting excited? I am below the line And When I look at those who do this stuff, I am further demotivated. I don’t want to be 100 and stuck with a bunch of businessmen
