Noticing a new trend of hotels not having coffee makers in rooms. Not that I was a fan of the coffee, but it was clutch on night shifts when most coffee shops are closed. ‘Sustainability’. Right…

? Saving money ? Does free coffee means better customer service? Or business growth strategy? I run business, I would never put free juice coffee anything like that. I would rather put coffee vending machine with self service. Free coffee don’t bring returning customers for business. Think so . Another point could be economy shrinking?

I think more economic. Because most hotels I stay at are designed for business travel. So it is normal for business travel hotels to have free coffee usually. Now I dont stay at the place again if they dont have coffee in the room. Coffee and gym are two requirements I have.

You be are great returning customers 😂 It makes sense to put $1 coffee and acquire $100-$500 business 🧑💼 customers and 💰💰🤣
