the feeling of knowing what needs to be done but you can’t bring yourself to start is crushing.

i was told i was lazy and stubborn for as long as i can remember, until i learned what it really was ~2 years ago. all that self loathing bc i couldn’t be like the other people around me who could just..get things done. i wish i was kinder to my younger self.

I know what you speak of and how it just gets scoffed at i don't have a fix to offer but I will say that we are in the same trash compactor waiting to see if we survive the next squish.
