i’m a quarter through this book and it’s brutal in an good way

really making me ask questions about happiness and the motivations behind my actions

re happiness: none, it's re-affirming my beliefs

re motivations: probably quite a few. shocking how often we make self-interested decisions under the guise of it being the 'best' decision
