(you got to bear this non stop parenting casts from me for a few months) I am finding it hard to soothe the baby to sleep after a feed. He is well fed - but still gets fussy - wanting something more. Holding him on my chest or shoulder and gently rocking him isnโt soothing him like it used to the first couple of weeks. Any tips/techniques that could help me here? Currently trying some white noise sounds, and trying to keep it calm and not too much light. Used a pacifier a couple of times - but hesitating using it frequently.

How old is your little one? The reason I ask is that they go through growth spurts at specific times, which can drastically change how they eat and sleep! Check out โThe Wonder Weeksโ to see if your little one is going through a big milestone.

He is 2.5 weeks old now. Wonder weeks seems like a good resource. Will check it out, thanks. 5000 $degen.

Second this. Sleep regressions are a real thing. First 12-18 months is a cycle of chaos, you start to have things under control, and then your kid changes and itโs chaos again.
