asian stir fry: sauté onions, ginger, garlic with a high heat oil + splash of sesame oil (&/or seeds), add refrigerated rice & fry, add soy sauce, cooked veggies/protein of choice (i prefer chicken thighs & always add eggs either way) and optionally hoisin, fish sauce, honey, teriyaki, sriracha, whatever to finish. garnish with green onions 2 replies
