Several concerning aspects of this video, but the one that stood out was her casually lobbing in "I'm autistic" Feels like there is increased social pressure on young people to be neurodivergent, as a way to signal normalcy in chaotic times (ironic) It’s also horseshoe theoretic to wellness maxxing (AG1, blueprint, etc.)

🎯 It’s more comfortable to pick an off-the-shelf identity than to: - dissolve identity (ideal) - shape your own (2nd best)

I'm not an expert by any means, still a beginner and engaged in daily practice. It's the simplest but hardest state of being to remain in, and I fall off the wagon more than I can stay on it currently But to answer: thinking subsides, time expands to let the present take up more awareness, and the feeling of energy in your body becomes more sensational (pun intended). Truth is easier to discern, and without as much mental effort. You become a lot more sensitive and empathy for other beings grows The Untethered Soul is a nice place to begin in exploring this type of awareness, but you don't need logic or more learning to do this work. Being able to sit with yourself in silence is probably a more straightforward way (ie. vipassana meditation)
