How do you foster a culture of high standards on your team? Esp curious about small remote teams of equals (eg cofounder-like relationship, not employee/manager)

Tbh, I’d lean nature over nurture here whenever possible — ie, on a small team, only hire people where high signal that they already are internally motivated That’s not bc I don’t wish there were solid cultural answers, but more that they seem really hard Bookmarking to learn more

i agree with this. at this early of a stage, i would only be hiring people who have consistently shipped side projects or worked on their own businesses in the past
