We continue the second practical session of the digital literacy workshop for older adults. Today we learned that each mobile device is a computer, and its components make it work. How do we explain this? Do the exercise of naming the body parts (brain, limbs) and actions to perform with them to compare them with the components of a computer and its actions (processor, RAM, screen, buttons, speakers, and voice). Thus, I have achieved the objective of making an elderly audience understand how a mobile device works. 
We also saw prevention of telephone scams ---> use passwords with your family. 
And anti-spam laws in our country that can be used to cut off the constant call from services. 
Note: the most important thing at the end of the class and that every adult should know how to do: LEARN TO FREE UP SPACE ON YOUR MOBILE.
