Some dude talking about Ethereum being ossified because of client diversity... He forgot that Bitcoin is literally OSSIFIED despite (or because) having only 1 client? Ethereum delivered Dencun and is on track to deliver Pectra while having higher client diversity than Bitcoin.

Gonna make it a mission of mine in 2025 to kill the "users don't care about decentralization" talking point. We can & will build apps with great UX while preserving decentralization/security *even if* users say they don't care. Because users do care about not getting rugged.

There is quite some magic behind "Swaps", including clever use of collateral or zk-light clients. But from a user perspective it is just very fast and convenient crosschain-swaps, including support of native Bitcoin. Gnosis is a proud investor here.

Ongoing slashing event happening w some newly deposited validators. Looks like someone got fancy with a fallback & both setups are trying to attest. Their validators are getting slashed over time. Lots more to go if they don't shut down their setup soon
