Some dude talking about Ethereum being ossified because of client diversity... He forgot that Bitcoin is literally OSSIFIED despite (or because) having only 1 client? Ethereum delivered Dencun and is on track to deliver Pectra while having higher client diversity than Bitcoin.

Gonna make it a mission of mine in 2025 to kill the "users don't care about decentralization" talking point. We can & will build apps with great UX while preserving decentralization/security *even if* users say they don't care. Because users do care about not getting rugged.

This will revert back to the mean once blobs are increased. This stuff will continue to move in waves where we have periods of congestion and higher fees for L2s as they compete for blob space and then we have less than 100% of blobs being used up when we increase the blobs.

You gotta take the chance that nobody else will. Do it for your entire bloodline. If you fail make sure you fail drastically. Make sure there isn’t any safety nets or back up plans. Burn the fucking boat. And go for it. Listen to your gut.
