Yeah no hard feelings. He’s a champ! I had a great coach here. All of my races feel like they were “last year” then I look and some of them were 8 years ago.

I’m actually not sure the last time he opened up more coaching; he started coaching me 5 years ago—crazy to type that, as time flies when you’re running!
