Building towards that marathon pace…it ain’t easy being breezy…

Here they are…not quite as neat as yours :)

Yeah. I tried to break it up into 10km segments. It’s funny, because you know what is coming you feel like you have to hold back until the final push. Not dissimilar to running a disciplined race. I really enjoyed it.

Initially I understood you were constant  and made a progression at the end. 
But this is a full 30k progression. 
Impressive.
