Prediction markets are a real zero-to-one for publishers. With @decrypt 
integrating Myriad Markets, we’re already seeing:

- Higher engagement – Return rates and time on page are up.
- Revenue model validation – A new way to monetize beyond ads, sponcon, and subs. Real-money markets will take this further.
- Better content insights – Market trends show what audiences actually care about.

The future of media is interactive, participatory, and monetizable and prediction markets are the engine. We need to build it here as well.

In the sense that when you posy or publish a story - link it direct to what you expect the outcome to be / the market to rate the truth etc?

yes, part of it imo is the ability to enrich a story with real-time reader sentiment via the markets + a tool to directly participate / stake their opinion

Need more skin in the game reporting and investigative journalism for sure. 

Especially if the creator of the content is heavily incentivized to accurately report.
