Explicit *non-goals* are: * Execute some kind of ideological / vibez pivot from feminized wef soyboy mentality to bronze age mindset * Start aggressively lobbying regulators and powerful political figures (esp in USA, but really anywhere, especially large powerful countries), and risking compromising Ethereum's position as a global neutral platform * Become an arena for vested interests * Become a highly centralized org, or even more of a "main character" within Ethereum These things aren't what EF does and this isn't going to change. People seeking a different vision are welcome to start their own orgs.

It’s clear some States fear trustless & censorship-resistant tech, especially when it empowers citizens. Cyber-espionage against projects like Vocdoni shows how far they’ll go to stop it. Vocdoni was targeted simply for building a permissionless, censorship-resistant voting protocol. Network States must prepare to face these kinds of attacks.

This helps increase DAO turnout and achieve thresholds by delegating to trusted community members transparently. New features: 🫴 Delegate your voting power to another Farcaster user 📔 View all delegations in a specific DAO 💬 Notify all DAO members directly via Warpcast DC (if you're admin) Delegation is liquid, which means that if user X delegates to user Y, and user Y delegates to user Z, then user Z will aggregate the voting power of all of them.
