it really isn't "oh my god the food in Europe is so good" it is "the food in America is so bad" what's even more insane is how this "healthy food premium" is de facto accepted by people in the US instead of pushing for a change at the incentive level. same with insurance & healthcare, but even larger incentive there

There's seriously something wrong with the food in the US. Very happy to have moved to Europe.
