A lil fancy chocolate. In the back my notes. I started taking most of my notes on things I am interested in manually some time last year. I'm on my second notebook, and I now number the pages so I can easily cross reference. While at first slow, it turns out if I write down notes vs typing I have a much easier time sorting my thoughts. If it's work for a client, i just have to write down what I've already thought through while putting my notes together. And I remember so much more. No Ai tool can replace that.

i kinda stopped using my remarkable for serious note taking haha - the only thing I now keep in it is the thoughts and passages from books I borrowed from the library but want to have handy for whenever I feel like going back to those concepts. It's become a device I largely use for reading articles, and longer-form online writing, essays, papers etc. Occasionally also use it for for brainstorming which I later have to share with others.
