planning to get any skin treatments?

I'm thinking of trying something simple, like a laser treatment - mostly for the experience.  

But in general, I am a bit skeptical about facial treatments. For something noticeable like lifting, I am probably too young, and most facials don't seem to have lasting effects. So usually I like to invest in at-home devices or skincare products. I'm still researching the must-buy items, but can share my findings later!
