Introducing Minimized Mini Apps

- You now have the ability to minimze your mini app just above the navigation bar at the bottom of your app

- Especially useful when you want to check out someone's profile from the rewards app

- Sound stays on while minimized—probably some alpha for audio / livestreaming / WebRTC developers. Bring back Tavern!

thinking out loud: what if i can just minimize the frame window in the app? this way i won’t have to exit progress i made in the frame in order to check anything on warpcast

Frames should support a picture-in-picture non-modal mode, tucked in the corner of the screen. Would be cool for livestream/video frames.
