I was on a call with a user at 1am yesterday. By 4am I had the fix out and applied to their account. That’s customer obsession. It’s hard but that’s what makes Awaken somewhat good. Now just have to do that with another dozen people 😝

people mostly message me if they have issues. million edge cases to a tax software :). our product's purpose is to understand other peoples products (protocols, chains, etc...) so always something
