Awaken isn't perfect but... We're confident enough to show you the % of your transactions we found cost basis for right at the top. Our competitors hide this. Bc their % is much lower. We avg 99%+ found basis across 20k+ users.

A big competitor wanted to buy Awaken ~18mo ago. They said if we didn't sell, they'd stick a team of 50 engineers copying every single thing we did. They still haven't caught up... Turns out being hungry & scared is a good motivator 🥲

I've personally refunded & given away ~$70k+ of Awaken this year (aka 2x my annual salary). If you ask for a discount. You always get it. I want to give users discounts SO badly. I literally tell you to message me in our UI lol.

I was on a call with a user at 1am yesterday. By 4am I had the fix out and applied to their account. That’s customer obsession. It’s hard but that’s what makes Awaken somewhat good. Now just have to do that with another dozen people 😝
