rumours

So, what is /rumours? Rumours is a project that involves the clanker meme token $rumour and RumourCast.

It's a client based upon the popular Anon concept but with a meme twist.
Every time you anonymously post using RumourCast it starts your cast with "I heard a rumour.."

We are also trying to make it a frame to lower the bar to entry for 
newer users who just want to spread some rumours.
