Basepaint

I love /basepaint  , but I don’t get why people started to flag brushes more and more because they overlap something.

Overlapping, reworking, changing is part of the whole community! It only makes the canvas better!

Agreed about not painting when you see another cursor in that area and also totally agree with falling for tracing!

Some people are overlapping in the midst of a few painters collabing together which causes some issue. And there's always been a rule against straight up copying the same pixels over the top or outlining, neither of those are really contributing.

Yes indeed. But if you don’t like a drawing go over it :) I feel the flagging is used a lot the last few weeks.

I got flagged 8 times in 2 weeks.. and almost never before that.

I have nothing to do with flagging, but there are innumerable cases in which overlapping/reworking/changing don’t make the canvas better.

Just have to mint one and apply for a bigger on later. Mint is every 6 h or so. But have to be extremely fast. Or you can buy one on opensea (watch out if they are flagged they are not usable)

I could never get a brush! lol applied a few times…but nada. I think u can buy them now, but I just didn’t
