Here are my top three blockchain uses for RWAs that are on the cusp of becoming normalized: 

1. Certificates of Authenticity for high value goods
2. Ticketing with royalties benefitting artist / performers
3. Rewards points for businesses

These would be awesome to prevent fraud and scams. For this to happen though, I would imagine issuing agencies and inspectors to be fully onboard with blockchain as well. Most are governmental entities, so might be an uphill battle. All of these should be open registries and auditable, so makes sense!
