question for @dish (RIP dms): 

why is there `pairedTokenPoolFee` if the pool fee is hardcoded to 1% elsewhere in the code? am i missing something??

great question: so for token pairs that aren't 18 decimals, the fee tier can vary like USDC is on a 0.05% pool, also see Lily's response!
