Clanker is live with v3.1 upgrades today: 
- dev buys - buy first - no matter what
- vaulting - lock + vest up to 30% of the token supply, for a minimum of 30 days)
- revised metadata & provenance 

Code is audited (waiting for the auditors to make public, will share link shortly) and clanker contracts are now entirely permissionless
