Investigating the instances where >1 token per day were launched by an FID and "daily token limit reached" responses when creating a token. Working on a patch now!

Just deployed a fix: - moved idempotency check BEFORE deployed token amount check - split up idempotency check to update after token is deployed - added a check to see if multiple pending requests were being sent. If there's >1 request to clanker within 10sec, it'll drop the second LMK if anything else pops up!
