Just got this aerogarden! What should I grow in it? Does anyone know if peppers do well?

If you get a smaller variety of pepper it could be possible with some hard pruning to train it into a low-growing, tight bush form. But I think you may have better luck with something like cut-and-come-again lettuce, or smaller herbs.

Peppers will get too big for this. It’s great for herbs that are constantly pruned and starting seedlings for outdoors.
